Who We Serve

Adolescent & Young Adults (AYAs) are one of the most underserved cancer populations:

  • 89,000 AYAs are diagnosed with cancer each year
  • In the U.S., every 8 minutes a young adult is diagnosed with cancer
  • Despite advances in early detection, treatment, and prevention, there’s been no improvement survival rates for AYAs for 30 years
  • 1 out of every 100 college students is a cancer survivor
